I have been using the deluxe version for years on multiple phones/platforms but unfortunately it has become too unreliable. When I'm on a call and need to look up data on a drug quickly, I can't be confident epocrates will be there without crashing. Just today I tried to look up tetracycline and repeated attempts caused the app to crash. This has happened with several common and uncommon drugs so I am switching to Micromedex.

Happy in Maryland

I have had the Epocrates professional for many years first on the Palm and the for about the last 2 years on the Touch. The only complaint I have is that I can't use two words to get the ICD codes (pain and then abdominal) which I could on the Palm platform.
Thanks for your service. I depend on it daily.

Epocrates still the best

The interface is elegant. It is very easy to look up drugs and check for drug interactions. I use it several times a day working as a Hospitalist.
